Can you believe that it's twenty years since this fab little book was published. Damn! Where did the time go? Despite that it's still as good today as it ever was, even if some of the information as been proved wrong. Who cares? The photography by Andreas Bleckmann and the format - almost like a flicker book, more than make up for it's mistakes.

Rayne's most famous shoe design is probably the wedgwood jasperware heels made originally in 1958. The original design was a vestal within a wreath and a small cameo on the front, in blue, cream and green variations.
